On August 11th, 2012 I started using Bio Life Slim. Read more about it here. It is September 5, 2012 and just under 30 days, I have lost 9 pounds and 3 pant sizes! YAY! On my birthday, I met my goal of actually needing smaller pants. That was so liberating and completely motivating!

My changes are slow right now. But I'm not giving up. For me, it's balls to the walls & not giving up. Slow and steady wins the race, right? What do you do to stay motivated?

3-5 Ice cubes
1 c milk
1 Tbsp natural peanutbutter
1 frozen banana (in 1/2)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
